Shipping Policy

Same-Day Packing

Every order is packed the same day it is placed. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time ship out the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Carrier & Shipping Days

All orders are shipped via USPS. We ship Monday through Saturday. USPS does not pick up or deliver on Sundays, so orders prepared on Sunday ship on Monday.

Tracking Updates

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Use that tracking number to follow your package through USPS.

Delivery Times

Order Issues

If your tracking shows no movement after 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us through the support channel on your order confirmation and we will help resolve it.
